1Definitions & Interpretation

• Not transferring or selling your account to any other party.

5Fund Withdrawal

6Bonuses & Promotions

7Game Rules

All games available on the fuji66 platform operate under fair and transparent rules. The following applies to all gaming activity on fuji66:

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by independent third-party testing bodies.
• The rules and return-to-player percentage (RTP) for each game are available in the respective game information.
• Game results generated by the RNG are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, fuji66 will use server data to determine a fair outcome.
• Any winnings resulting from a software bug or technical error are void and ineligible for payout.

9Account Termination

A Fuji66 account may be terminated either at the user's own request or by Fuji66 under certain circumstances.

Termination by User: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our standard policy, subject to the settlement of any outstanding bets.

Termination by fuji66: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice if:

• There is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The user violates any of the rules stated in these terms.
• The user provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (dormant account).

For accounts terminated due to fraud or breach of terms, Fuji66 reserves the right to hold all funds in the account pending completion of the investigation.

10Limitation of Liability

Fuji66 provides this platform "as is" and makes every effort to ensure continuous, quality service. However, the following important limitations of liability should be understood:

• Fuji66 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Fuji66 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions; however, we strive to achieve a minimum uptime of 99.5%.
• Losses resulting from internet connection failures on the user's end cannot be claimed from fuji66.
• Fuji66's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by the user within the 30 days prior to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to any liability arising from gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of Fuji66.
